Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item is defective or broken on arrival
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged after use
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or special-order products
- Minor color or size variations due to screen differences
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or replacement instead of refund
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side
